How do I get a Secret Code and Magic Wand if I don't have one or lost mine?
A Secret Code and Magic Wand are part of a Game Piece that can be found in selected SpongeBob products distributed in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia during the Entry Period. Or, you can request a free Game Piece via U.S. First Class mail, by hand printing your: name, address, city, state, zip on a postcard and mailing it to: The SpongeBob Lost & Found My Prizes Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 9262, Medford, NY 11763. Requests must be postmarked by 2/28/09 and received by 3/6/09. Limit: One Game Piece request per postcard.
How long does it take to get a game piece with the Secret Code and Magic Wand?
It will take two to three weeks from when we receive your write-in request to receive a game piece with your Secret Code and Magic Wand.
How do I get my free download?
Once you play the Instant Win Game, a box will appear with instructions and a link to your free download. Follow the instructions and click on the link to get your download.
How do I get into the drawing for the Grand Prize?
There are two ways:
- You are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Drawing when you enter a valid unique Secret Code found on the game piece and play the instant win game.
- To enter the Grand Prize Drawing ("Drawing") by mail: hand print your name, address, telephone number, and email address on a postcard and mail to: The SpongeBob Lost & Found My Prizes Game Grand Prize Drawing, P.O. Box 9264, Medford, NY 11763.
What are the dates of this promotion?
The SpongeBob Lost & Found My Prizes Game ("game") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on 8/20/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 2/28/09.
How many times can I play the "SpongeBob Lost & Found My Prizes Game"?
Each unique Secret Code* is good for 1 Instant Win Game play and 1 entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing.

On the registration and log-in page, please click the link for "Forgot My Password." You will be asked for the username that you entered with, as well as for the answer to your password hint question. Your password will then be displayed on the page.

Click on the 'forgot password' link to make sure you are using the correct password.
If I don't have a game piece with a Secret Code and Magic Wand may I still play the game?
No, you must have a game piece with a Secret Code to play the game.
If I win in the Instant Win Game, am I able to choose which prize I receive?
You are not able to select which prize you receive if you get a winning message, but a box will appear on the screen informing you of the prize that you have won, subject to verification.
How will I know if I win the grand prize?
The potential grand prize winner will be notified by email and/or mail.
How will I know if I win one of the instant win prizes?
A box will appear on the screen informing you of the prize you have won, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. Use your magic wand to read the prize message to see what prize you won. You will also receive a prize confirmation email from donotreply@FindSpongeBob.com. The email will include the name of the prize you won (subject to verification) and information on when you can expect your prize. If you are under 13 years old, a prize notification email will be sent to your parent's email address. The email will include a link to an online prize claim form that your parent will need to fill out in order to claim your prize. Your parent will receive a confirmation email 24 hours after completing the online prize claim form.
If I win in the Instant Win Game, can I also win the Grand Prize?
Yes, everyone who plays the Instant Win Game will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
I do not live in the United States. Can I still participate?
No, you may not participate. The Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 6 or older at time of entry.
