THE SPONGEBOB LOST & FOUND MY PRIZES GAME ("GAME") BEGINS AT 12:01 A.M. EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME ("EDT") ON 8/20/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME ("EST") ON 2/28/09 ("ENTRY PERIOD").

ELIGIBILITY: Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 6 or older at time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. Game governed by US law. All entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding.
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: The Game can only be played online. To play the Instant Win Game you will need to obtain a Game Piece. A Game Piece can be found in selected SpongeBob products distributed in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia during the Entry Period. Or, you can request a free Game Piece via U.S. First Class mail, by hand printing your: name, address, city, state, zip on a postcard and mailing it to: The SpongeBob Lost & Found My Prizes Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 9262, Medford, NY 11763. Requests must be postmarked by 2/28/09 and received by 3/6/09. Limit: One Game Piece request per postcard.

If you obtain your Game Piece from a SpongeBob product, you must play the Game by 11:59 P.M. (EST) on 2/28/09. If you obtain your Game Piece by mail, you must play the game by 11:59 P.M. (EDT) on 3/16/09. To play, visit www.FindSpongeBob.com during the Entry Period, as designated above, and follow all on screen instructions to register for the game using the unique code printed on the game piece. Upon entering a valid unique code, you will be linked automatically to game page. Follow the onscreen instructions on the game page to play the game and to reveal if you have won an instant win prize. Limit: One game play with a unique code.

If you are the potential winner of an instant win prize, you will automatically receive a notification message at the website. If you are 13 years of age or older, you will enter your name, address and phone number and receive a confirmation email stating when you will receive your prize along with the link to your free download. If you are under the age of 13 but otherwise eligible, you will be required to provide your parent's email address and your parent will be asked for the mailing information. Once that is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your parent stating when you will receive your prize along with the link to the free download. All potential instant prize winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and/or the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Whether or not you are an instant prize winner, your name will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. You can also enter the Grand Prize Drawing without playing the Instant Win Game. See Rule #5.

550 random-computer-generated winning times will be created for the Entry Period. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the game should so indicate, unless and until entrant's eligibility and the potential winning play has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void. All instant win prizes must be claimed by 3/27/09.

Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage due prize claims/entries or requests for free game pieces. Game Pieces that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. Liability for any irregular Game Piece will be limited to replacement with another. If through programming or production errors, more Instant Win Prizes are distributed than those prize quantities offered in these rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per these rules will be awarded. Should such a situation occur, each winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims at that given level. All prize claims are subject to verification by, and the Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about 4/10/09.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winners will be notified and/or verified by email and/or mail. Winners (at the Sponsor's discretion) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, which must be executed and returned within seven (7) days of date printed on notification or winner is disqualified. If winner is less than age of majority in his/her state of legal residence, prize may be awarded (at Sponsor's discretion) in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/ Publicity Release ("Prize Notification Documents") on potential winner's behalf. If applicable, the parent or legal guardian of instant winners and potential Grand Prize winner may be notified once via email with instructions to respond with the winner's primary residence address (street addresses only-no Post Office boxes) in order to ship the instant win prize or mail the Prize Notification Documents. If the parent or legal guardian of the potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, or if the email attempt is returned as undeliverable for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected at random. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Game, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Game; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Game or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Game or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Game, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
